CECILIA CASAS DESANTES (Madrid, 1981), with a degree in History from the University of Salamanca and a Master's degree in Cultural Management from the Carlos III University, she enjoyed traineenships at the National Museum of Decorative Arts (2005) and the Sorolla Museum (2015). She holds 20 years of technical experience at the Cerralbo Museum, currently as curator of the Research and Collections Department. Since 2020, she is an elected board member of DEMHIST, the ICOM International Committee for House Museums, being its secretary since 2023.
