LAURA LIGAZZOLO holds a Master’s in Human Rights and Multilevel Governance and a Bachelor’s in Political Science, International Relations, and Human Rights (University of Padua and Freie Universität Berlin). From 2017 to 2020, she worked for the Council of Europe’s Cultural Routes Programme — first at the European Institute of Cultural Routes, then on a joint programme with the European Commission. She later joined the European Investment Bank and, since 2021, has been Programme Manager and Project Officer at the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme.
